This is the United State's National Trafficking policy - Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA) of 2008. It was originally passed in 2000 and has been reauthorized as mandated. Notable elements are the definitions (SEC 103) and the minimum standards for the elimination of trafficking (SEC 108). The following link contains the full text of the 2000 version.
